I Want It All
I wrote this song in fall of 2006, during my first semester in law school. It's basically about the transition from sleeping to waking up and facing the day. I chose to record it first because it's a pretty simple song. I used my digital camera and a keyboard + guitar to record.

i love this song, alan! you are so amazing at melodic and meaningful lyrics. most well known artists may sound good but on paper sound RIDICULOUS - (think nirvana... an albino? a mosquito? in smells like teen spirit. you are so talented. it is amazing that you can write for guitar, piano, drums, and strings by just thinking and no formal training. i love you. great job.
pretty good. melody has flow and composition fits together well. good voice too; missed a few notes here and there but good overall quality of singing. J
